I just called IR:

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of David, and here's what he had to say....

First off he said that he did not have all the details so he took down my name, number, and email address and notified me that someone would contact me later today with more info.

I asked him about the revenue streams for Platinum Studios in regards to the Cowboys and Aliens movie. I wanted to know if it was from box office sales, merchandise, action figures, promotions, etc.. He said that it was from all of the above.

Unfortunately he didn't have any other info for me but he assured me someone will get back to me.

Here are the Marvel financials, obviously Platinum is not at the same level of Marvel but it is the same type of company in the same business, IP to movies and merchandise. Many people want to know what Platinum will make on Cowboys and Aliens, we will know when the financials come out. The advantage these Marvel financials give you is that you can see their past deals and how it affected their financials. For those that don't know Marvel was bought by Disney for $4 Billion a couple of years ago, Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, Platinum's CEO, plans to do the same with Platinum, he previously sold his first company, Malibu Comics, to Marvel many years ago.IMO
