I agree with everything except the Stop Sign being good. That is not good. It scares off investors. It would be good to have filings up to date. Otherwise, we wait fo BRZL to fit into JR's plan.

1) please advise as to what you mean by, "THIS IS A GOOD THING". I am quite certain that this is the direct opposite. 2) Renfro cannot release a PR or 'Fluff PR' as he is not the CEO of BRZL. 3) you stated, 'quite common in pennyland', it is more common for a successful company to not have this warning. You are right in that it is common for non-reporting or non-publicly reporting companies to have this, like BRZL. I have been in positions with a warning like this before and it was 'fixed' within 2 trading days. Additionally, "easily fixed with a few PRs", yes and no, it can be cleared up via other means as well and it doesn't appear to be all that easy for the acting CEO of BRZL.

The sky is the limit when the good news PR is released. the PR will uphold and prove right the DD assimilated by the diligent board we have. its just a matter of time.
we will never ever forget these days i bet! and many(caw caws as strike lovingly calls the noise they make) will have to eat their words.
The greatest news here is that inspite of all the muck hurled at him, JR has NOT denied anything here-- and we must'nt forget he IS in the eye of the BRZL storm and he knows that.
If the merger had fallen through and JR was out of BRZL, he would have without any delay announce dthat... but he CANNOT do that-- becaus ehe IS thick in BRZL-- infact ACCORDING TO ME, JR= BRZL and BRZL= JR, all other people assocaited with BRZL are virtually insignificant and inconsequential including WEISS whose riole is OVER WITH BRZL.
What I deduce from BRZL prseesnted here points to JR working hard to accomplish all he has set out to accomplish. and you are dead right BAY in saying that "This is an oil producing pinky with HUGE potential and a top notch CEO, this is the kind of penny that I like to buy and hold!"
The DD collected here CANNOT BE SHAKEN-- and the DD is pointing towards some excellent news coming our way-- but when, that I DO NOT KNOW

A PR won't fix the problem. This is a filing problem. That's where I'd be looking. PS may hang up the release of a filing if they have questions that they feel is important. I'd be watching for a filing, including the NVSOS. You might also watch the Renfro Energy site for an officer change, although he is a little slow when it comes to website changes. Or should I say, slower than making filings.

But taking care of this paper work problem is part of JR evolving from a Wildcatter into a Stallion.

And don't forget, It'll be Weiss making the filings, not JR himself.
