I wonder why they are waiting this long to get the certifications for the E Coli. Sounds like its a no-brainer to get the certs ASAP , it is a VERY important piece of the whole puzzle. What are your thoughts on this weird delay.
Money issue? Finalizing the correct hardware specs and software? or just getting the certs is a really long process?
