2thefuture, this is really big news - HUGE. This company will be running a rapid microbial test before shipping any of their beef products - this is the exact same purpose the MIT 1000 is targeting, and the beef industry has always been reluctant to adopt. Now, if they would only used the MIT 1000 instead of some other rapid test kit, they would actually improve their testing accuracy and reduce costs as well.
