So that's another report with percentages not attached to hard numbers. But, by the graph they printed it looks like 0% were scanned in Q1 of 2010, and 4549% were scanned in Q1 of 2011. So...there were 4549 more physcial scans than the prior year?? I alone probably did 500 of those.

Be nice if someone would actually attach real numbers to these reports.
