You do understand that the SEC is "in the pocket of wall street traders" don't you. They do what they do to pacify the masses.

You are likely to get into more trouble for stealing a twinkie from the local convenience store than if you were to bilk millions from shareholders.

All of the Wall Street scams that have been exposed in the past decade or two, how many of "the perpetrators of fraud" actually served time in prison?
