The only wow with this stock is that it went this low. The quality of the fuel has been confirmed and sales at prices on one predicted have occurred. Back before the Oxy deal was announced the general belief was that they would sell at or just below crude oil prices.
I've been saying this daily, if anyone believes more fuel sales will not occur or that JV's will not be announced then this is not the stock for them. In order to come to that conclusion, however, I think one would have to ignore or not believe a lot of the evidence provided.
