Yup, just got in under the wire this week with the Private Placement.
A 100/1 RS would truly suck. That would leave me with 3K shares. About the best you could hope for with that in the near future would be a double. Hardly seems worth it.
I'm hoping they start smaller. I'm definitely no expert in how these things work -- but from what I can see, they don't have all that many outstanding shares -- 203M. If they do a 100/1 that leaves 2M. Unless there's some other way that shares get added to the pool that I don't know about (probably true as I know squat about this) then it seems too low.
If they aim more for what Solazyme is sitting at -- 50M, that would mean a 4:1 RS. That's clearly not an option as they'll need to be about 3X the $1 minimum to allow for the usual sell offs -- so I'm hoping for a 25-30:1 RS at most.
