When making an acquisition like this there would have to be assumptions on the numbers of clients/contracts etc that would be able to be carried over to the new owner. There will certainly be some attrition.

So 6 months or more after the started their due diligence they are now worrying if they can carry-over the client base.

Kuni "the carrot shaker" Misawa almost makes me think he is intentionally delaying whatever the hell it is he is doing on this.

And before people tell me to sell, I will not, so save your keystrokes.

/Next week.

Could be a request/demand from the investors? Maybe the more hoops Kuni has to jump through is a good sign. Or maybe I'm drinking the Kool-Aid. Oh Yea!

Your unfortunate experience is useful knowledge for myself. I have not had any exeperience like that. Thanks for sharing.

I sure hope this one does not turn out like that. The ONLY thing I know for sure is that I now HATE carrots!!! Although I'm sure some done deals very soon will bring that down to a strong dislike, but no promises.

Sounds like QA*P. That whole story over there was bull with constant hype and dilution. I'm pretty sure this one is different but if Kuni were to use that excuse for long I'd have to rethink this play.

I'm pretty sure I was with you on that particular play Popeyemag. I got out with some semblence of money and pride left intact after getting taken for a ride like everyone else there. "Up, up and away" was definitely a "crash landing" if you get my meaning. This play appears to be very different. No pumping or hype by the CEO and previous success with acquisitions plus real revenue stream. Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm hangin' in there and hope you do to!

Cheers.....Penny
