looking at the chart reminded me of a sentence in the Secured Lenders objection to Debtors cash mgmt motion (limited objection, the Lenders do want Omega to be allowed to use cash to keep the ships running)
"the Debtors could not refinance and out-ofcourt
restructuring efforts, including in the weeks immediately prior to commencement of these
Cases, failed because a substantial proposed equity investment did not materialize."
The huge volume over the past few days....at these prices compared to where there were over the last several weeks...someone was apparently interested in the very recent past...but it always comes down to price. Will be interesting to keep an eye our for 13d/g filings on SEC.gov in the next few weeks.
