By your explanation there should never be a 0.0001 ask. Sorry, I still disagree. Shares should be available at 0.0001 anytime there is no bid. Anyone paying 0.0002 for a no bid stock is nuts. (Buying a 0.0001 stock isn't the brightest thing to do in the first place, usually).
