Having mouths to feed

is not a justification for deceiving shareholders. there is no justification for giving shareholders information that he knows is untrue or deceptive. (answering the "consultants" are still working when asked about the MWE termination)

You refer to the "human beings here", how about the human beings that believed these cute characterizations and misleading statements and have lost money? Shouldn't they have a voice? Or is this the law of the jungle?

penny stock fraud is not a victimless crime. The people investing in these companies tend to be less sophisticated and frankly gullible. It is wrong to prey on that vulnerability

That the "consultants" were technically still working on the submission is not the TRUTHFUL answer to whether MWE was still employed by IMGG. Mouths to feed or not

I would not want to stand behind that one without a fully paid up D&O policy

(Not to mention the fact that is just plain wrong and a disgusting thing to do to another human being)

And if I were concerned about mouths to feed, I'd have long ago separated myself from situation that his boss has put him in. I'd also spend a lot more time concerned about what I am teaching those "mouths to feed" by staying in such a situation. That I'll do or say anything for a paycheck?

Seriously. He knows who he works for
