I think we're getting pretty darn close to that Tink. With the 15C having been submitted, and as long as FINRA doesn't come back with any further questions, I feel like it's right around the corner. UTOG has been working hard and getting results, imagine starting out with a clean slate of approval from FINRA that puts us back on the OTCBB? That's HUGE and will position UTOG for a great run!
I personally believe that the SEC was on a fishing expedition, they have been so poorly failing at protecting anyone but off shore hedge funds and broker/dealers... too much temptation for them to NOT do the right thing as we've seen over years of corruption starting right at the top. I'd like to see the SEC eliminated all together and another watch dog put in place that has no conflict of interest. Until we get rid of the corruption.. penny stock companies (the good ones) are going to pay the price every time.
