it looks like they removed the part about raising the A/S to 850,000,000 - bottom of page 5

interesting, i need to keep reading

EDIT: they state they are raising it on the top of page 6

We will be increasing the authorized shares of Class B common stock to 850,000,000 to allow for the potential conversion of Class A common stock into Class B as well as new stock issuances.
