To many years gone by to give an educated opinion. I will say this.......

To be fair it really isn't their job to say what a company is but to fulfill why they are hired.

On the flip side if a share holder calls for info regarding share counts I find that to be public information if you are enquiring about a public company.

Based on that it is wrong not to give that type of info out.

When a company tells a transfer agent not to reveal numbers that reveals everything you need to know about that company.
What else are you hiding?
