replacing the co.s audit firm

it was a plus since the co. went up
the food chain <part of the process
for LT goals re: uplisting> but of
course *created* opportunities by
those who DO SHORT

and i'm not talking retail here

over the next 6 trading days .. 5/17
to 5/24 .. pps would be *taken* down
to 1.60 from 5.00 <high on 5/14 b4 mkt close>

this was done on volume in the 782k range
<total done for those 6 trading days>

of course what was forgotten when this oppty
presented itself was that the co. had just held
their first AGM with over 400 folks attending

edit>> this is done from memory so i may be off
a smidge but the gist re: volume and pps is close
enough for gov't work :)
