Have they all been assigned to TECKOGIS or have some been retained. If you are going to Reverse merge, you might just keep some,as it would not matter. I know they said, "substantially all assets" but I do not see where all of these were assigned to Teckogis, at least not yet...could be holding them until final payment as well.
