The VAST MAJORITY of the volume that occurs in the grey market is NOT provided by trading in stocks that "get suspended by the SEC for their fraudulent activities, and then banished to the greys", aka Caveat Emptor stocks. Your linked statistic has little value.
He's absolutely correct about this: "When you can't buy or sell something, that means it's WORTHLESS to the holder. That's not good for anyone stuck with shares in these scams. It's bad.
This happens to *every* pink sheet scam that gets suspended by the SEC and banished to the greys."
