FEW WOULD EVER DISCOUNT THE WORST ECONOMIC SITUATION IN THE US
SINCE THE GREAT DEPRESSION .. but apparently this legit co. in
NC was supposed to ~ <expo isn't a blue chip co. around for
decades with the *cushion* that that entails>

How about we talk about the fact that the company was bleeding money and going down when we had one of the greatest economies since the great depression?

Oh wait, supporters don't want that mentioned. That would rather sweep it under the rug in their first choice garage setup next to their retail store with the Lowe's West expansion plans and the bite back.

Hindsight is easy to claim in a stock, but I actually posted those concerns at the time. I do not recall anyone sharing my concerns... Do you have any links to posts that you made at the time indicating concern that etc either would take a long time to roll out, or that the existing LOC did not have sufficient funding to roll it out?

back in 2009 as i was reading all those gushing fawning posts [] to say nothing of posts expecting ETC to be rolled out in *total* in mere weeks .. that isn't how it *works* in the real world and in particular with mgmt's then LOC .. to get 100M at full penetration over 2 to 3 years would likely have cost 25M to 30M up front

Few would ever discount the worst economic situation in the US since the great depression...

In response to this economic downturn....why on earth would a CEO do the following:


1) Sell off the land and buildings. The rent expense before selling the land and buildings: $5k per month
Rent expense after sale of assets: roughly $20K per month

Why did JD do this?

a) To transfer the debt liability from Glenn and JD to you and other shareholders.

b)He did this as part of a scheme which included the formation of Wilkes Holdings LLC enabling JD to collect rent from D&D Displays.

c)He thought it was fiscally responsible to raise the rent factor by $15k per month given the economic climate.

d)He did this to trick NITE and other bad people.



** Keep in mind that the amount paid in rent since JD sold the land and buildings has exceeded what was owed on the land and buildings.



2) The officers(JD and GLENN)raided the company till to the tune of nearly $400K.

why would they do this given the economic climate?

a) JD considered it to be fiscally responsible

b) JD knew the company was and is failing so he figured he should get while the getting is good.

c) JD knew that there would be minions willing to explain everything away so he figured..."why not".

d) JD loves his shareholders and they love him..so it's all good.



3) Announce in the fall of 2010 that ETC products would be available in 100 retailers by the end of the year(2010).


a) JD figured that announcing such nonsense would be a good thing...especially given the state of the economy.

b) JD likes the 100 and wanted to use it in a press release.

c) JD figured that NOBODY would believe "200 retailers by year end" so he went with his gut instinct and announced "100 retailers by year end".

d) JD figured that he could list 100 abandoned Hardware stores as retailers and all would be good.


the above are just 3 examples of how JD reacted to what you call "the worst economic situation since the Great Depression".

So I think the logical conclusion would be: Either JD was oblivious to the economic condition...or JD knew that D&D Displays was headed for extinction.

This is funny because basically all you are doing is calling JD a moron or a liar.

He either knew that etc couldn't be rolled out in mere weeks and lied about it, or he didn't know that and made the ridiculous claim just hoping for a miracle.

I think he is a moron and a liar, but your post only declares one or the other.

ETC was their KEY .. but access to capital that is *blocked*
due to *aspects* <not of the co.s *control*> will indeed also
have *impact* .. toss in other FACTS known to all who did DD
and it becomes clear why the events of 2010 came about which
of course *contrast* rather starkly comp'd to 2009 <no surprise
there imo>

This is a lot of horse hockey!! The reason that EXPO couldn't get any money to launch the crapinets was that the banks couldn't stop laughing about what a completely moronic idea the removable face crapinets really was!!!!
