I dont need news all the time. I own a software company and know that deals of any magnitude take time. Heck I wish it happened faster, it just doesn't.
This day and age of contracts and attorneys needing to earn their keep can take days if not weeks!!! Every "t" needs to be crossed and every "i" needs to be dotted!!!! and every attorney needs to read and re-read a jillion times, and I might add still making changes in the end..
