thanks as i answer when i choose for myself but i personally would have hoped that they would have been up already & especially once or when the 8k is filed as the sec does not allow extensions for late filings pertaining to 8k's

that leclerc has availed himself of/used in the past w/ other filings but again this is the 8k. will be very curious to see what actual assets fbcd has acquired & only the 8k will tell us what was contained w/i the the asset purchase agreement.
