Smky should be okay because it is over a dime. But they wont let me partial transfer my under a dime stocks, so Smky has to go with me where ever I go.

Hi ... I trade with SpeedTrader and they use Penson as their clearing and account system provider. Been buying SMKY from my account there nearly everyday since .02 and even during the time two weeks or so ago when the issue with them arose and I was getting shares @ .08+ but still under .10. Sorry for your grief, but SpeedTrader is definitely a source for SMKY buying and the brokers there all say it can be bought and sold under .10 all day long!
