Good afternoon everyone I have been reading all your post and I see most are nervous about this stock.I work in one of the county jails that Continental Prison systems have a contract with. The county that I work in has 4 facilities and holds about 5000 inmates. Here's how it works the inmates have kiosks in the their dormitories and have access to buying commissary (food) most of the day. Every transaction an inmate makes the company charges them $3.00 dollars. The families of these inmates no longer have to come to the facility to load money into the inmates account, using this system they can do it online from home of course for a fee. Fees range from $4.99 to $8.99 for the first $300.00 depending on the amount,anything over $300 dollars the company charges 8% to the amount. With this system families can also bond out inmates. When an inmate is released from jail the inmate will be given a debit card with what ever balance is in thier account if any. As they walk out of jail there is an atm machine made available to them so the can withdraw cash of course again with a fee of $2.00 dollars.Currently CPSI has 32 counties under contract that is a fact and working to get more.This company is recession proof basically its a winner! My advise to all my fellow investors is to hang in there I have a feeling you wont regret it. Good luck to all,I am in it and I am not letting go of this one

I have no reason to believe this is a scam, it's just the NATURE of pink/OTCBB to dilute. I've been doing this for YEARS.
