RPTN may be looking to do a r/m, we will find out more in coming days imo


In a reverse merger, investors of the private company acquire a majority of the shares of the public shell company, which is then merged with the purchasing entity. Investment banks and financial institutions typically use shell companies as vehicles to complete these deals.

Soon-Shiong and CCE didn't get involved with RPTN just for their assets (intellectual properties), there has to be more to it, a r/m makes sense to me. RPTN could see a huge bounce if this is in fact true. R/M with a company formed by CCE and Soon-Shiong would be huge; tremendous possibilities here.
