if MMTE finds an already producing partner in chile or reverse merges in one than all that chit about these chilean laws is over.
Liebs has a lot of opportunities in this shifting world and as I said before; a company like POSCO (one of the biggest steel magnates of the world) does not go into business with LIEG in chile if they would not be able to produce that lithium. in fact they already set the date; 2013.

not particular meant to you Phrozt but only as a 'bonus' to the discussion.

on speculation only. Mr. Pinera (Chile's President) is making some moves. His popularity has dropped due to people resisting change, which is a natural human nature, people that are institutionalize have a hard time looking beyond their nose. He wants foreign investors involved in lithium, and Chile has massive lithium. But laws restrict this product.
He's already making changes on a state owned cooper company and revamping the company, a strike took place and the workers are back to work. That is good speculation Mr. Pinera not only is trying to better Chile, but I strongly speculate laws will be scrutinized to open the lithium market. also noticed an increase hype from SignumBox.
