how bout patience is a direct path to bankruptcy....

my question is how do you invest in a company that over
a year ago was putting out press releases stating they
were taking the necessary actions to get their audits
done and file and the only thing they got done is a reverse split so they can re issue themselves millions of shares again and start the dumping process all over again..
