I should have mentioned that Mr. Preis was very kind, detailed and used the accurate names all the time to separate the two Terrestar companies and which one was involved in the outcome of the hearing that took place. I must be exused if I did not understand completely all that he explained but I believe that in my last posting I expressed the position that seems to be relevant in this case--the Q company destiny is not known at the moment!!! Please let me know if I got things right!!

I believe that one way or the other this Q company will be listed for a long time to come, until all bankrutcy claims are settled which could take many months from now.
