Give me a break Willy as what you posted is totally inapplicable. All or nothing orders do not show on level2 and neither does the MM. With RAFF on the offer and moving around constantly and selling far more than 5k showing it is clear what he is doing. even if he had both normal and aon orders he should move after selling his 5k normal order as his aon order does not show.

All I know is, if it is questionable whether they are playing by the rules or not, it doesn't hurt to report to FINRA. They'll then watch it, and question them on it, which grabs them by their tidy-whities. OTOW had lots of the ask never changes, and other things, WAS average volume of 2 million a day. I'm only seeing volume of 50,000 this morning. MMs are playing nice with them now.
