Yeah, and pink sheet companies follow the SEC rules to a Tee!

Don't have time to look but I'm sure it was announced at some point the possiblity of repurchasing shares in one PR.

BTW, I have no idea and this is all IMO. Was just pointing things out that could be one explaination as to why certain things are happening.

Of course, there are most likely others as well.
