do NOT expect a settlement before the Markman Hearing........When so many defendants are named to a suit, it is more difficult to get a settlement prior to the hearing ....not saying it isn't ever done but playing the odds would lead to no settlement.....Mckinney is a judge that leans toward summary judgement decisions.....not always but he does have a history of playing that card....I still don't know why in the world this case was not filed in texas.....I hope i am totally wrong.....
