Yes he should, and I figured you would pick up on that, as I did.

Regardless, we will see if what he "Believes" and what is "Fact," if the "Mushroom Matrix Business/Assets" is removed some 21 times from the last filed 8k/a in March 2011.
Up til now, we haven't seen FBCD even hint as to the "MMB" via PR's or otherwise, as if such were a viable asset....even if it was......the SRT "assets" are what is key to FBCD shareholders.
It will be nice if the "New Counsel" can clean that filing up, imo.
Quick response to my questions, and at least an acknowledgement that FBCD is acquiring "All Assets."
Better than nothing for now.
