Hi Makemoney 54321, Thanks for the reply, I got sucked in around Feb 20, 2009. It sounded good to me because I am in the "GREEN" industry and was a first time investor. What an initiation! I've been averaging down whenever I had a good gut feeling and stock's price was .01-.03/share. Ive accumulated 1.38 million shares at an avg. ppsof .053. I'm hoping this is my early retirement! I use Scottrade and they have a link for insider trading and the only shares I've seen exchange were to the three principals ali, Guest, and Craven. And most if not all of those "gift" sales have been sold. My guess is that it was there way of getting a salary. There are no hard financial facts available recently which concerns me. Hope, prayer, gut feeling and as much due diligence as I can do keeps me holding. Truly if I had more disposale cash I'd still be accumulating shares, but my business has suffered a couple of rough years and too many eggs in one basket is just not smart. Look up insider ownership and you can find out info on management's personal stake in the company. Nice chatting with you...Plantguy
