AIMHO,
They are a little slow but they are starting up.
Think they are more concern about what they have and how to best present it (with out any legal matters) then they are on what they put out to there SHR HOLDERS. Knowing that the rest of it WILL fall into it's proper place. And for those who don't care to wait for the out come. WELL GUESS WHAT! / Alpha.

Does anyone really know what is going on with this company? Do they have a viable product? Are they marketing? Any financial information?
