It didn't stay low. It ran up to .006 until someone shouted the "Dilu____" (which was you) word which triggered a premature sell-off. Once enough ihub folks posted proof that "Dilu____" wasn't going on, the price climbed again. A few PR's came out with little content and the penny investors got nervous that this was a pump. So again, another sell-off.
Again, this is a penny stock in price and investors will treat it like one until it reaches a higher PPS. So if a PR comes out weak, there will be a sell off; if someone screams "scam" (even if it isn't founded in factual evidence) it will spook investors and there will be a sell off. It's how pennies go. Now a few good solid financial PR's, announcement of acquisitions or new sources of revenue will have the opposite affect and rocket the PPS. The hope is that it goes high enough to create a new PPS floor from which the PPS can climb again. All in all, it's a story of penny stock investors who spook easily because they don't want to loose everything. If you don't like the game, get out of this stock and let the serious folks take the cheapie stocks so they can make more when the good PR's come out.
