"There's no Form-3 filed for Pike initial 100 million shares."
And I provided the link to the Form 3 that Pike filed for his initial 100 million shares.

Do you know what is meant by "triggering event"?
Do you know what the triggering event was?
If you could answer both of those questions you would realize just how silly and inappropriate this statement is:
"those 100million were bought well before 28 Sep 2009, the date of triggering event!"
