It seems you want to distort the links, would you not re register a company if you bought it? Hmmmmmmmm.....

To start with, if I bought a company I wouldn't need to register it as the legal documents of the transaction would provide that connection.

Secondly, if I already owned a company that I wished to 're-register' I wouldn't lie to the world and pretend that I had just signed an LOI for a 'future' transaction.

Showing a link to a registration that is two weeks old does not mean anything.

It means that Gene is trying to present a false front to his investors. It is a serious breech of ethics.
