Agreed. Two separate entities. Soon-Shiong is the sole member of the other entity, herego, why it appears he made 3 separate purchases - Raptor, Cal Cap Equity, and a personal acquisition. do not see CalCap involved at all. It would be great if it was also Calcap, but it's not.
