what is truly odd is that info posted on a STK MSG BOARD is somehow representative of what JBI is doing
until mgmt puts out a PR about the middle eastern investor
to me it's just another opinion
and i truly doubt there will ever be a PR issued .. not because it isn't *true* but because it's not relevant .. if said *billionaire* triggers the threshold .. he or his *affiliates* will be noted in subsequent filings when uploaded
i expect over the coming years there will lots of those *uploaded* as institutional investors take copious notes and financial analysts get wind
but the real issue is one's own DD and whether based on that DD jbii's pps is too high .. too low or right about even
if one believes jbii is too highly priced they can sell their shares .. and wait on pull backs to re add or find another company that suits their needs .. there are plenty of co.s out there to choose from
Strange, I was at the AGM, and I don't recall any promise of press releases in any time frame. In fact, ironically the most I've heard about that claim is reading it on IHUB mostly repeated by people who weren't even at the AGM.
Just sayin'.... it's possible I missed it, but I seriously doubt it. I think something got taken out of context.
