This is flat out wrong.

You are mixing TSN's assets with TSC's liabilities. All of the $1.375B TSN received was used to pay creditors off so there is nothing left for TSN stockholders. Stop posting this garbage and do some real DD.

Please clarify your quote below. You are telling us you called someone at Citibank who is well informed about this bankrutpcy and knows that the determination made by the judge includes the common stock of this company, and that we are included in the final settlement? and also that Citibank department that handles investment feels that this stock should not be written off as worthless anytime soon!!You were able to get this information by a well informed source. Right!

CITI

We have confirmed the commons are alive and apart of the deal that just went through in Judge Lane's court. This is going to be a ltum like run.

Just take a few minutes to read our old posts here and sit back and use common sense. With CITI and other huge institutions holding common shares, and the way wallstreet works, do you honestly believe the commons would not be apart of a 1.3 billion dollar deal???????????????? Well, just trying to let people see the light. Cheers PS.,

READ OUR POSTS ABOUT CALLING THESE INSTITUTIONS AND HEARING IT FOR YOURSELF MATES!!

Speaking in general terms re: BK and large institutional holders you cannot put too much faith in thinking that because large institution's are still "holding" an equity stake means anything. More often than not these shares aren't being "held" as much as they're being "abandoned" in place. Especially if those holders are also Creditors. 100% of their focus becomes debt recovery. This may not be the case here, and I hope it isn't, but is worth noting on future BK investments.
