Plastic sent to the JBI recycling facility is not source separated municipal waste. Source separated means plastic separated by homeowners, JBI does not take this. The post you responded to does not say they take it, it says that JBI's MRF has an advantage over other MRF's in that they do not have to send their plastic to landfill.
