I agree pwise. Both HNSS insiders and other insiders that know about the most recent developments withing HNSS can no longer buy or sell HNSS stock. This 'public' display is only an interim phase between HNSS being a public company and HNSS being bought out.

Agreed on the "Insider Trading" links warnings. In that regard, who knows how much is going on in the Pinks. By all the lawsuits on Wall Street in Blue Chips and major broker corruption, would not be surprised at any public developments. But officialdom must do what they can. Even in PinkLand.

I'd be very surprised if the "Private" display on Google was an accurate indicator we're going "Private." For me, going private is get-out-of-jail free card, last resort for Mr Black if buyout negotiations fall thru. Can't stay in PinkLand with MMs out to bury the company. So private would be last resort.

However, Mr Black has proven himself very capable taking HNSS in one year from primarily a technology path to manufacturing. In November / December last year Grofe relationship severed with Mr Grofe moving to MedBioWeb in exchange for $2M in cash and securities. Since then we've seen a whirlwind of developments moving us to current status -- manufacturing, patent pending technology, HNS, clean room, Fortune 500 relationship, Disclosure (if deal hadn't arrived), profitability, etc.

Mr Black has been quietly efficient in taking us to our current position. No one on Earth can control share price in Pink Sheets but Market Makers. That's just a fact of life. However, looking past the haze of shorting and other disruptive trading activity, we see a company heading in a straight line toward green ($$$'s) despite corruptive market forces.

There's no reason to believe we're not on the verge of reaching the Promised Land (for investors). Certainly share price doesn't tell us. But we're not the first ones that have had to look past the obvious to our instincts and ability to properly analyze ALL potentialities. I'm very happy investors are where we find ourselves today. Why? I believe we will be fairly rewarded for our decision to invest in this company. More importantly, no matter what happens in the short term, the company has real value in assets, patents, cash, etc. My shares are not just electronic messages on a board. They represent dollars in the bank either in the form of stock in a company with intrinsic value or IOU from another company who is buying my company out. All that despite the embarrassingly, ridiculously manipulated share price we see each day at our favorite broker site.

MMs and short traders and flippers of this world can't touch us because each investor has an ownership interest that has real value on a level playing field where a company's ability to make money is all that counts.
