I guess some feel the 8k will not be filed and that the merger is not or will not be complete.

Any stock, more so Penny's have a risk tied to it. But this is a reporting OTCBB stock.

I have spoken with the CEO a few times and I know personally for me that I feel the 8k is coming out.


Look at it like this:

If the 8k comes out then the stock price will increase.

So do you think its going to come out? If you do I suggest you buy because the price will rise, drastically imo.

If you feel that the 8k wont come out.. then move on.
