David is deep in the trenches of getting the AUG 15th Filing completed with attorneys and Lawyers. He is not involved with the day to day operations right now.
Tom DiCicco and his Son are putting it all together. This is going to be big, and right now Davids #1 Priority is getting the New Company, and very first filing (audited)completed on Time. Release Date is quickly approaching. Aug 15th is upon us.
David is in Contact with Tom constantly.
Were all Anxious, but were going Prime Time imo..., and these guys need time to run a business, and put together Long, & Short Term Planning.
