On 1/5/2009 the price dipped intra day to a low of .0077, this is the only time I can find that it went below .01.

it hit .01 at least twice in July of 2008. But these are on a daily basis - not down to 30 minutes etc. Could of easily gone below for some period of time...hopefully in the not to distant future, we will be asking the same question about .20
