Agreed. They'll take a huge hit in taxes because it's under a year ans it's as I said, the empty shell was trading at .02-.03 cents.

Sell at .04 ??

Sit on the shares until a year is up.... go from 30%+ tax to 15% tax on capital gains....and the PPS will most likely recover somewhat over a little time.

Just common sense.

They are just stealing from themselves right now out of despair. Let the emotions pass and make smart decisions that prevent further losses.
