Why does the company have a note for 500,000 to a shareholder?

That looks pretty odd to me for a company that is selling shares.

Did I read that wrong?

Zeus

Start talking to them (ATM's)??? I already am!!!

1st $1.00 then $2 then $3 then $4 for transactions and then the bank throws in foreign ATM charges to boot!!
Yeah, I'm talkin to them alright...LOLOL!!

Just think of iris scans on an ATM though......no pin...no card...no slot inserts (or whatever they call that, when you put your card in it grabs your numbers). It would seem to wipe out alot of fraud.

Any card reader for that matter..gas pump...grocery checkout..etc.etc.

imo, once EVRM has proven to be platform agnostic, it will not matter whether it is RIMM, Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Motorola or any other hardware/software developer that will require EVRM's technology for their security requirements. i personally think it will be huge.

The primary purpose for visiting PIT was to meet with a company who has been working on what is the "next generation" in security. No one has used this type of security for any form of biometrics. Integrating this into our iris technology will create a new approach to authentication. Biometrics in any form is useless if the communications middleware isn't completely secure. The marriage between two proprietary technologies, biometrics and security, is highly unique. That being said, our aim is to deploy our network to be platform agnostic so any biometric (fingerprint, iris, facial, etc) from any device (PC, laptop, tablet, etc) can use this system.
