My worthless opinion is that the MM's will/do manipulate the price as much, and as often, as they wish. They are basically unregulated and can do what they wish to make their profit. Unfortunately, they are necessary but could care less for stockholders. I expect this to continue until IAHL releases some positive news and we can move forward. jmho
