Why did NeoMedia pursue indirect when they actually owned managed direct (as you claim)?
If everyone in the industry uses managed direct, what were they doing suing people over indirect when almost no one used it?
Their are only two conclusions:
1. They are idiots, and you are smarter
2. They don't own any direct solution

P.S. So based on the changes in your post, what part of the patent covers managed direct? This is the key question which always alludes posters. Which claim? Which part of the re-exam says we OWN URLs.
