Yeah I wonder how much they have in their warehouse...QVC's Vendor Relations FAQ shows this:

"Is there a minimum quantity of product that QVC buys?

A minimum purchase order is typically $30,000-$35,000 per item at wholesale cost, e.g. if the cost of goods is $30 per item, divide the total minimum purchase order amount by $30 to determine the quantity ($30,000/$30=1,000units). The entire purchase order quantity must be received in QVC’s warehouse before it can be available to sell on-air."
