Give them a call on the phone before you do that. They'll transfer you to a broker and he/she will read you a disclaimer then upgrade your account to trade pennies, no more $$ required.

Just call or IM them and say you want the Active Trader Pro Program and they will email you the link. You must have 50K in your account and make 30 trades a month. I only made 1 trade, but they gave me 6 months for free anyways. They do not have Level 2 for penny stocks so I use:

If they give you a hard time threaten to move your money to TDAmeritrade.

You don't need Active Trader Pro, just call them and they will be happy to fix you right up in minutes. Unless you want to spend the extra dough, it's up to you.
